📍 Day 1: By Packraft and on Foot through the Müllerthal
Your adventure begins on the water: you step straight into your packraft and drift along the Sûre River. This crystal-clear river winds calmly through green valleys, past small villages, and through peaceful nature reserves. As you paddle, you’ll experience the Müllerthal from a unique perspective – tranquil, vast, and fully immersed in nature.
After this relaxed yet active start, it’s time to swap water for land. On foot, you head into the heart of the Müllerthal, also known as "Little Switzerland." You'll hike rocky trails, through dense forests and alongside babbling brooks. Towering sandstone formations, deep gorges, and breathtaking viewpoints make this hike truly unforgettable.
🏞️ Day 2 – Crossing into Germany, Returning via the River
On day two, you cross the border into the rugged Südeifel Nature Park. Here, adventurous trails lead you through dramatic rock formations, narrow ravines, and expansive forests.
Your effort is rewarded with sweeping views over the valley and the surrounding wilderness. This is hiking as it’s meant to be – pure, peaceful, and powerful.
At the end of the day, you step back into your packraft. The river gently carries you back toward your starting point – an epic conclusion to two days of nature and adventure.
